I was thrilled to get back on stage at the WNBF NE Classic.   I was disappointed with my conditioning at my last show (WNBF World Figure Championship 6th place) and I really hit the weights hard preparing for this show.  The training paid off and I finished in 1st place.  It was extra special because several ( 10 clients) of my clients entered and placed at the show also.  I believe we walked out with 13 trophies in all.......and 3 first place trophies!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately I had foot surgery a week after the show and now my training is on hold for a few more weeks.  Hopefully I'll be able to hit the gym again soon and start training for a show in September in Texas.
